Who This Call Is For
Recurring operating problems are consuming too much of your attention. Late or incomplete orders, unreliable inventory, rising costs, tightening margins, or customer issues keep requiring your involvement.
Your business is growing or becoming more complex, but your operating structure hasn't kept pace. Decisions take too long, teams work from different priorities, or too much execution still depends on you.
You are preparing for a significant change and need an experienced operator’s perspective. That may include an acquisition, integration, leadership transition, operational reset, or the next stage of growth.
What to Expect
1. You Explain What Is Happening
You will walk me through the business, what prompted the call, and the problems or concerns you are seeing. We'll spend most of our time understanding your situation—not discussing my services.
2. We Narrow Down the Real Issue
I will ask direct questions about performance, customers, inventory, costs, cash flow, accountability, and how the leadership team is operating. We will identify where the greatest pressure is and what may need attention first.
3. We Decide Whether There Is a Fit
I will briefly explain how I work and where fractional COO leadership may be useful. We will decide together whether a follow-up conversation makes sense—and if it doesn't, I will tell you directly.
Before You Book
“I’m not sure if I’m ready for this.”
You do not need to have the problem fully diagnosed or a project already defined. The call helps determine whether outside COO-level leadership makes sense now, later, or not at all.
“I don’t want to feel sold to.”
You will not sit through a presentation or be pressured to decide. Most of the 30 minutes will focus on your business, and I will only talk about my work as needed to determine whether there is a genuine fit.
